Eric Brew is a combat-tested leader, certified coach, and passionate advocate for personal and professional transformation. With over 25 years of active-duty military service—spanning both the United States Marine Corps and the Army—Eric brings a lifetime of experience in leadership, resilience, and mission execution to his coaching practice. Eric is a recent recipient of a gubernatorial award, being recognized as a top veteran's advocate. 

After retiring as a senior noncommissioned officer, Eric founded Tip of the Spear Professional Coaching (TOSPC) to continue his service—this time by helping others unlock their potential. Through TOSPC, he specializes in Christ-centered leadership development, values-driven coaching, and Resiliency Building Leadership Certification™. His approach is forged in battlefield-tested truth: people perform best when they know who they are, what they stand for, and why it matters.

Eric has coached leaders across industries, helping them gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and lead with confidence. Whether working with veterans in transition, entrepreneurs building their next chapter, or executives seeking deeper impact, Eric’s coaching is direct, empowering, and grounded in real-world experience.

 Fredric Alyea, 21, is the operator of a successful business and a graduate student pursuing a master’s in business administration with a focus on Information Systems. Driven by resilience and a passion for helping others through hardship, he blends entrepreneurial experience with academic expertise to create growth, opportunity, and lasting impact. 

Frederic is a shining example of the value of the DBT discipline, having graduated from a DBT program and achieved recovery as a success story.  Frederic experienced setbacks like many young adults; however, he is now a homeowner at 21, completing graduate school, and a valued member of our team at ElitelyWell, serving as a liaison during the onboarding process and a coach for our teen clients.

Todd Smith is a seasoned Wall Street veteran and owner of multiple business entities. In addition to coaching business executives and delivering high-level consulting services to Fortune 500 as well as Small-Cap Growth companies, Todd has taught executives how to transition between industries and grow within their own. Todd has also encountered many of the same obstacles faced by corporate and entrepreneurial leaders, young adults, and couples. He brings coaching techniques from his own life experience.  Todd has coached hundreds of athletes from the youngest amateurs to professional athletes, helping them reach peak performance by avoiding and recovering from family dysfunction and the resulting mental health issues related to dysfunction in our lives.  Todd is the founder of ElitelyWell and brings experience from the world of clinical lab testing and genomics for optimal prescription management results while also pursuing proper coaching and counseling.
